The Christian Educational Centre is a non-state organization, established in 1996 under the supremacy of Patriarchal Exarch of all Belarus, Metropolitan of Minsk and Slutsk Philaret with the aim of realization of civil, economic, social, cultural, religious rights and freedoms in Belarus, Russia and other countries.

The Christian Educational Centre works under the leadership of Patriarchal Exarch of all Belarus, Metropolitan of Minsk and Slutsk Philaret, with the participation of Bishop of Grodno and Volkovysk Artemij, leading theologians of the Republic of Belarus and with the support of the Scientific-Industrial Association of the Republic of Belarus and of leading industrial, financial state and private enterprises and distinguished academics and public figures.

The activity of the Christian Educational Centre is governed by the Statutes and is based on the unity of interests, principles of voluntary participation, independence and transparence.

The President of The Christian Educational Centre is Patriarchal Exarch of all Belarus, Metropolitan of Minsk and Slutsk Philaret.

The First Vice-President is Mr. Grigori Dovgyuallo.
