The Christian Educational Centre is a non-state organization, established in 1996 with the aim of joint realization of civil, economic, social, cultural, religious rights and freedoms in Belarus, Russia and other countries.

The activity of the Christian Educational Centre is governed by the Statutes and is based on the unity of interests, principles of voluntary participation, independence and transparence. The members of the Association are physical persons: clerics and laymen, representatives of traditional faiths of Belarus and Russian Federation, scientists, culture, education, theology and business representatives. They were united with an aim to achieve moral enlightenment and social perfection of citizens of Belarus and Russia.

President of The Christian Educational Centre is Patriarchal Exarch of all Belarus, Metropolitan of Minsk and Slutsk Philaret.

First Vice-President is Mr. Grigori Dovgyuallo.
